Can you create a custom route for me?2019-11-06T16:15:05+00:00

Most definitely! Visit our Self-Guided Motorcycle tour page to begin designing your trip. We can create a custom route based on your timeframe and riding style. We’ll have it ready to go in a GPS unit mounted to your motorcycle along with paper maps and an itinerary booklet. Need other equipment, such as a support vehicle to carry your luggage? Yes, we can provide that as well.

Do you have a daily mileage limit?2019-08-27T14:05:55+00:00

No, ride as much as you wish. There is no mileage limit on any of our motorcycles.

What is your reservation cancellation policy?2019-08-27T14:03:06+00:00

Due to the nature of the motorcycle rental industry, all deposits required to lock in reservations are non-refundable. In addition, because we cannot control the weather, please come prepared for any and all weather conditions when visiting the Rocky Mountains and the Southwest as we cannot make adjustments or cancel reservations due to our inclement weather conditions.

How do I get from the airport to my hotel?2019-08-27T19:42:01+00:00

MotoDiscovery can provide transfers (pre-arranged) between the airport, your hotel, and the rental shop. Uber and Lyft service are also available and provide convenient and quick ways to get around town. In addition most hotels in the valley offer a free shuttle service to and from the airport. Please send an email to rentals@motodiscovery.com for assistance with your arrival and departure plans.

Can I leave my vehicle and/or trailer at your location?2019-08-27T19:44:51+00:00

We generally have space for you to leave a vehicle and/or small trailer, but this must be arranged in advance in order to guarantee you a spot. Your hotel may have long-term parking as well and we encourage you to set that up directly with the hotel in advance if we cannot accommodate your vehicle at our shop.

Do you take a deposit on the rental motorcycle?2019-08-27T13:53:37+00:00

Yes. We require a deposit on each motorcycle rented. The amount depends on the make and model of motorcycle. Deposits range from $1500 – $2500. Deposits are taken in the form of a credit card authorization ‘hold’ which is released at the end of the rental period. If there are damages done to the motorcycle, part of this deposit may go to cover the damages, up to your maximum liability as stated on your rental agreement.

Can I ride your motorcycles off-road?2019-05-25T06:46:24+00:00

Yes! We believe that the best way to see the Southwestern USA is on both dirt and pavement. All of our motorcycles are ‘dual-purpose’ machines, capable of transitioning from pavement to off-road riding seamlessly.

What are your seasonal hours of operation?2019-05-25T06:46:32+00:00

We are closed on Sundays and major US holidays. If you wish to rent a motorbike during our off-season, we can accommodate, but we require a minimum of 2-weeks notice to prepare the bikes to be rented.
